Welcome to Bahia Vista Condominium, Inc., a residential condominium community located in the quiet and centrally situated area of North Miami, Florida. The Association was incorporated on March 26, 1968 as a Florida not‑for‑profit corporation.

 

Bahia Vista is a well‑established condominium community designed to offer residents a comfortable, organized, and community‑oriented living environment. The property features practical unit layouts and shared common areas that support a welcoming residential atmosphere.

 

As a private condominium association, Bahia Vista is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of five (5) members, elected by the unit owners in accordance with its governing documents and Florida condominium law.

 

The Association is professionally managed by New Wave Accounting & Management, Inc., which provides financial administration, maintenance coordination, compliance oversight, and day‑to‑day operational support.
